We dedicated a weekend to trying out all the Trader Joe’s coffee we could get our hands on to discover the best coffee Trader Joe’s had to offer. Here are the results of our taste testing for both hot coffee and cold brew: [ Ссылка ].

In this video we review the following 11 coffees:

• Bartista Espresso
• Breakfast Blend
• Cafe Pajaro
• Ethiopian
• French Roast
• Joe Dark
• Joe Medium
• Peru Cajamarca
• Rwanda Isimbi
• Sumatra
• TJ’s Instant Cold Brew

Our testing begins by setting up camp in Superior, Arizona and loading up ten French presses to prepare for our cold brew testing. After packing up the fridge with the presses, we’re off to bed to prepare for a full day of coffee consumption.

We start out the morning by drinking ten cups (more or less) of piping hot coffee we brewed using the Hario V60 pourover. This run of hot coffee taste testing left us coffeed-out, but for you, we continue to press on. Specifically, we pressed on ten French presses that steeped in the fridge for 16 hours. This being our first time conducting a cold brew taste test, we planned on cutting the concentrated brew with an equal amount of milk, but plans quickly changed when we found it challenging to distinguish flavors of the coffee through the milk. So, we went on day-drinking concentrated cold brew. The final straw was the Instant Cold Brew. Perhaps we shouldn’t have left this one for last, but it makes for great video (see 14:08).
