Hey Skin Junkies, Welcome back to Complexions by Jade, my virtual Spa-ASMR experience! Everything in nature moves through three distinct seasons: plant, grow, and harvest. And, because we’re all organic beings, we reflect the seasons. I like to view this facial, the meditation I’ll guide you through, and the skincare recommendations in this video as a way to move into the growth phase together. The place where we can focus on being patient — the quiet time of our lives. This is when we can go inward, when we can slow down, when we can reflect upon the challenges and triumphs all human beings experience, and then in the New Year, come to that place of harvesting.
