Bilingualism: the ability to speak a language, not perfectly, but comfortably in all aspects of one's life where that language is required.
Home langue: the language mainly spoken in the aim. Usually a minority language in the country
Community language : usually the language spoken mostly outside of the home. Often this is the official language of the country.
