Hello everybody, this is Jeff at etrailer.com. Today, we're gonna take a look at the Horst Miracle Probe Sensors for the RV black water tanks. As you can see, this is for a quantity of four sensors. Now, these sensors will provide an accurate indication of the waste levels in your RV's black water tank. This does prevent false probe contact and incorrect sensor readings. Does use a Delrin body and a Teflon tube that surrounds the sensor to prevent liquid residue or sludge from sticking to the sensor.
They are also considerably longer than the standard probes to prevent false readings from build up on the sides of the tank, and these are specifically for the black water tanks, and the reason is if you look at them, they have this roof that goes above the probes, when it's installed, it prevents toilet paper from covering the wire. Now, these are very easy to install, they fit into a 3/8 inch diameter hole. You can use existing holes or you can drill new holes next to your existing probes. This is designed for RVs built to RVIA, CSA, and IAPMO standards. These do connect to existing wiring and monitors.
It is for a quantity of four probes. Now, I did wanna mention these are specifically for the black water tanks, they do also make these sensors for the gray water tanks, we do sell them separately on our website, they're part number T21302VP. And I wanted to pull one of those just to show you the difference. You can see the difference, the gray water tank probes don't have the roof that you see on the black water tank probes, because they don't have any toilet paper they need to worry about, so they don't have the roof on it that prevents the toilet paper from covering the wire. But that should do it for the review on the Horst Miracle Probe Sensors for the RV black water tanks..
