During our stay at the Chessington Hotel resort, we booked to do a VIP giraffe feeding experience at the zoo. If you are staying at the Chessington resorts or have a Merlin Annual Pass you can get a discount on VIP experience tickets. The meeting point for this experience is in the Safari Hotel Lobby and then you get taken behind the scenes to the Giraffe enclosure where you get to spend around half an hour hand feeding and learning all about the herd at Chessington. This experience is shared amongst other groups but there are plenty of keepers and food to go around.
