Ever since I bought my Land Rover Discovery 4 (LR4), I have been disappointed with the rate that the HVAC system blows through the vents. You can here the blower motor working as it should, but there is a distinct lack of flow through the vents. Having put a post on a social media forum, it was suggested changing the cabin filter before investing in stepper motors etc. As you can see in the thumbnail picture, the cabin filter hadn't been changed in a while / or forever!
