Before using, allow the thermometer to remain in the room in which it will be used for 30 minutes. Ensure the forehead is clean and clear for an accurate reading.

Position the thermometer 0.4 - 2 inches away from the center of the forehead, just between the eyebrows. Press the On (Trigger) button to take the measurement.

This thermometer has a built in Fever Insight feature that helps accurately read temperatures. Colors help identify a normal, fever, or high fever range. 4 Double Beeps indicate an elevated temperature.

The thermometer automatically turns off after 15 seconds without use.

Easily turn off sounds and operate silently. Press the SET button to switch Off sound.
