The crew smash out another session.
This time it's the 'Summer Blitz' workout.
4 sets of two exercises. Executed in pairs for 20 seconds each with a 20 second rest between each pair. After all 4 sets are done, 100m run then a 1 minute rest repeat 5 times.
Power Knees/High Knee Jogs 20
Power Jumps/ Reverse Alt. Lunges rest 20
Wood chops 10s per side/180 degree squat jump rest 20
Push Ups/Spidermans run 100m run - rest 1 minute
