Congrats! You made it to Part 3 of the Smartsheet PMO Template set 3-part series. In this video, I will walk you through the final step to setting up the Smartsheet PMO Template set. I will demonstrate how to modify the project plan sheet, set up baselines to track project status, set up a logic-driven schedule with durations and predecessor tasks, assign tasks to individual project team members and create filters for easier data analysis. We will also update the automation to send alerts to the project team members when specific criteria are met. Additionally, we will review the sheet summary, discuss the Overdue Report and look at the Milestones Report. And lastly, I will show you how to quickly review the project schedule health and lastly, we will take a look at the Project Specific Dashboard.
The PMO template is recommended for the Intermediate Smartsheet experience level and is at a medium in complexity level. Please check out a few of my other videos if you are new to Smartsheet or need a little brushing up before setting up this template. Here are a few recommendations or videos that I referred to in this series that might be helpful.
