What advice would Todd and Ryan give to someone looking to move from Scrum Master to Product Owner? Stay in the product owner lane and read up as much as possible, not veering away from Scrum. The importance of collaboration and defining value is clear, as well as understanding the cost component and making sure that Sprints are worth executing. It's noted that being a product owner can be a lonely position, but having a good partner in the scrum master can be helpful.
