The Villacher Kirchtag has been held annually in Villach in Carinthia, Austria, since August 1, 1936 and today consists of over 100 individual events. It is considered the largest traditional festival in Austria and now lasts eight days, if you add the Villach City Run, which takes place directly before it, even ten.
