This is a 9 minute mini yoga practice that I do almost daily when I need a little reset. It's great when you're traveling, at work, or anytime you can't or don't want to do a full practice. You don't need a mat or anything special - this practice is all standing! This class is taught by Helen Cloots in Wailea, Hawaii.
