Let's get our biceps and underarms (chest & triceps) working with this intense 30 minute at home workout! Your arms will thank you!
In this arm workout, we will perform the exercises in supersets of 30 seconds biceps & 30 seconds triceps exercises. We will repeat each superset 3 times, with 15 second breaks between exercises & 30 second breaks between supersets.
I will be using 2 x 10 lbs & 2 x 18 lbs dumbbells (linked below) for this workout. Please pause the video and take breaks if you need to: this is a tough arm workout!
