On a beautiful oceanside beach and restaurant we met up with the Sea Urchin King of Dominica. He was busy catching Sea Urchins for an Urchin Baked Dish however I was lucky enough to Sea Urchin incredible fresh from the ocean. It tasted salty and sweet but it was a delicious snack. This was filmed on my recent trip to Calibishie Dominica in October 2022.
