The interviewer wants to assess your levels of honesty, and your levels of self-awareness. If you’re dishonest about your worst quality, or you say you haven’t got one, you won’t get hired. If you don’t know what your worst quality is, you will never be able to improve and develop in the role and the hiring manager simply won’t trust you!

4 TIPS FOR ANSWERING THE INTERVIEW QUESTION, WHAT IS YOUR WORST QUALITY?
INTERVIEW TIP #1. Don’t say your worst quality is the fact you are a perfectionist. This is often used by candidates but the interviewer will see straight through it. Instead, give a worst quality that won’t detract from your ability to do the job.

INTERVIEW TIP #2. Do not say your worst quality is time management, being disorganized, procrastination, or forgetfulness! If you give any of these, again, you won’t get hired!

INTERVIEW TIP #3. Do not apologize for your worst quality. Instead, show you are aware it exists, and tell the interviewer that you are trying to improve.

INTERVIEW TIP #4. The trick to answering the interview question, what is your worst quality, is to BE POSITIVE about it, and SMILE. If you are negative in your response, this just makes the quality sound even worse!
