Time to try those ciders I made! There were five different kinds with various amounts of different sweeteners, plus I'm comparing to two commercial ciders.
In the end I think Splenda was the nicest sweetener, but 8g/L was too sweet so I think I'll back that off to about 5g/L when I do a big batch. Other than that it was pretty nice though so look out for a big cider video coming soon!
