This POV hiking video is not about artistic expression; it's about the raw experience of visiting Kalamos, the monolith in Anafi Greece, which is the second biggest in Europe (the first is Gibraltar). According to the 17th-century French botanist Joseph Pitton de Tournefort, Anafi's monolith is "the scariest rock in the world."
On Kalamos' top, you can visit the Kalamiotissa Monastery (more about it here: [ Ссылка ]) and enjoy spectacular views of the Aegean Sea and the nearby islands. It takes approximately 1 hour and 5 minutes to reach the top, and it's recommended to hike early in the morning or late in the afternoon.
As I already wrote, the video is about a POV hiking experience. The footage is shaky at times, but there are stops where you can enjoy the spectacular views of Anafi island. Please check the Timestamps to see specific locations.
The video is shot in 4K (30 fps) with the DJI Osmo Pocket (check it out here: [ Ссылка ]).
