Dr Petro Erasmus is a senior lecturer in the Department of Psychology at North West University. Her main research interests are neuro-developmental disorders (Dyslexia, Autism, ADHD), maths achievement, resilience, emotional intelligence and career guidance. Through the Academy's Leaders in Innovation Fellowships (LIF) programme, Dr Erasmus recieved entrepreneurship training enabling her to address under-achievement in maths in South Africa.
