In this video, I will show you how to use QuickBooks for Insurance Agencies and record premium payments in Health Insurance, Life Insurance Insurance, Auto-Insurance, Travel Insurance, Home Insurance, Business Insurance, or any other insurance business you run.
In setting up, you will also learn how to categorize business insurance in QuickBooks desktop; Pro, Premier, or Enterprise Edition.
This QuickBooks desktop tutorial also works for QuickBooks Online and shows you how to:
1. Set up a chart of accounts for the Insurance Agency -
2. create a Bank account for premium payment and disbursement to insurance providers.
3. Setup policyholders or customer records are categorized by insurance types and balances.
4. Create departments or categorize your insurance agency business
