There’s no wrong way to embrace the natural aging process. Of course, aging is a gift. Just as we can opt to exercise to keep our bodies strong, we can opt to use a smart, streamlined skincare routine that optimizes our skin health. There are so many options available to us today that can dial down discoloration, promote healthy collagen, and protect against sun damage.

The filter is beautiful to me and at the same time, all the knowledge that I’ve learned as a dermatologist is beautiful to me and taking care of skin health is a true passion of mine.
