The Ka'el Ha, a group of aliens had infested the territory for the longest time, longer then the Alliance of Auminists or Federation had been able to hold the land but in the end as with any great empire someone is there to ruin it and that would be the Stingers, A rebel gang that tried to take the city by storm.
