The Supreme Court of Appeals of West Virginia issued an Administrative Order which declared a Judicial Emergency through May 1, 2020, in all 55 counties in West Virginia. The employees of the West Virginia judiciary continued to work to keep the courts open and accessible to the public for emergency matters due to the COVID-19 Pandemic.
