Sure, your standby recipes are great. But why not give them a little oomph with one of my favorite ingredients that's got flavor to spare? Caramelized onions add a rich, concentrated deliciousness to everything they accompany. Try them on top of your favorite burger, add them to veggies, fold them into an omelet, or toss them with pasta.

Don't worry. It looks like you're making a ton of onions, but they cook way down. You could easily halve the recipe, but I don't think you'll want to when you discover how versatile they are!
