Today's video is OCTOPUS A LA brasa, as always when it comes to octopus, the key is in the cooking, once we have the octopus cooked, we can finish it either on the barbecue or on the grill, and to serve it we season it with a chopped garlic and parsley with extra virgin olive oil.
