A. Brief introduction:
The hard box modified atmosphere vacuum packaging machine is a vacuum packaging machine that integrates machinery, electrical appliances, vacuum, inflation and other technologies. It uses vacuum technology to make the objects in the packaged box in a vacuum state, and then fills the required gas into the package box to meet the packaging requirements of the items. This machine is suitable for box-type (bowl-type) packaging of various types of food. It automatically mixes fresh-keeping gas (you need to inform our company in advance of the specific requirements, usually O2, N2, CO2), automatically completes the feeding, and replaces the gas in the product box (replacing the fresh-keeping gas after vacuum), sealing and packaging, slitting, and automatic discharging of the finished product. The working process is shown in the figure below:
The lower working room goes forward - The vacuum chamber close - Vacuum - Resh keeping gas inflation - Heat sealing - Cooling - The vacuum chamber vent air - Vacuum chamber open - The lower working room quit -Finished box ejection.
It can complete packaging films and packaging boxes of different materials such as composite packaging film, ordinary packaging film, and anti-fog packaging film for sealing packaging.
The control unit adopts a programmable controller and a touch screen man-machine interface dialogue, and each part of the action and control parameters can be set and modified by the touch screen. The control is convenient and reliable, precise and flexible, and the failure rate is low; the entire packaging process is highly automated and the packaging yield is high.
Parameters such as gas replacement (air exhaust, air inflation), temperature and time can be precisely controlled to ensure the accuracy and sealing of the fresh-keeping gas in the product box to achieve the desired effect.
The shape of the mold can be customized according to the packaging box style selected by the customer.
B. Structures:
The main structure is made of SUS304 food grade stainless steel, and the mold is made of 6061-T4. It advanced design, reasonable structure, good sealing, waterproof and anti corrosive, strong and durable.
The whole equipment adopts the cooperative control of machine, electricity, gas, and the programmable controller cooperates with the touch screen to realize the human-machine interface dialogue. The exposed and contact parts of the packaging machine are all made of food-grade SUS304 stainless steel and aluminum, and the whole machine is assembled by assembling. Mainly structure is composed of upper working-room mechanism, lower working-room mechanism, vacuum system, inflation system.
Upper working room mechanism: The upper working room is composed of upper chamber, cylinder, cutter, heating plate and other components. It is used to seal the chamber and slit the film.
Lower working room structure: The lower working room consists of lower chambers, cylinders, silicone pads, molds and other components. They are used to feed the packaging box and the packaged box in and out.
Vacuum system: the vacuum pressure is obtained by the vacuum pump and the air in the working chamber is controlled by the solenoid valve.
Inflating system: After the working chamber reaches the vacuum state, the working chamber is inflated and filled with the required gas.
The operation control is convenient, the structure is compact, the operation is stable, the performance is reliable, and the application range is wide. It is the first choice for green food packaging.
C. Application:
It can be widely used in the packaging of fresh foods such as meat, poultry, fish, fruits and vegetables, cooked meat products, bread and pastries and other baked goods. The modified atmosphere packaged food can better maintain the original taste, color, shape and nutrition of the food; so that the package has a good appearance and can achieve a longer shelf life.
