In this video I head to the field to go play some catch, and take some live at bats. Although I did not get any footage of my lives, 2 ks, 2 flyouts, 1 wall bang. I got on the bump to throw some heaters to some of my friends, we had a good time.
I then transition to the next morning where I fought the cold weather and got some speed training on the track. drop some nuggets, go check that out to learn something.
