4/5 pound Minced veal meat (500gr.)
1/3 pound Pork minced meat (250gr.)
½ Red onion
3 garlics
0,5 ounces Fresh coriander (15gr.)
0,5 ounces Fresh Parsley (15gr.)
0,3 ounces Salt (9gr.)
1+ ½ cup Water (375ml.)
Mix of spices
For the dought
16 ounces Flour (450gr.)
7 ounces Water (190gr.)
1 TSP Salt (5 gr.)
½ Egg white
