INGREDIENTS (2 PIECES)
200ml soya milk
4tbsp olive oil
5tbsp corn flour
1tsp garlic powder
1 pinch of salt
250g soya yogurt
In a cold saucepan, mix together soya milk, olive oil, corn flour, garlic powder and salt. Turn on the heat (low heat) and stir for a couple of minutes or until your mixture will start to thicken.
Add your soya yogurt and keep stirring for 2 more minutes or until nice and smooth. Scoop half of the mixture on some plastic wrap and wrap it up to form a little mozzarella ball. Repeat with the other half of the mixture.
Cool the mozzarella balls in a bowl with some cold water for 30 mins, then remove from the bowl and place in the fridge overnight. Your vegan mozzarellas are finally ready! Buon appetito!
