We also make a pizza with dairy free Daiya cheese for our son who has severe anaphylactic reactions to dairy. So Daiya is a great alternative.
Preheat oven to 450 with cast iron pan inside.
Spread around 1 cup of discard in pan. It will be hot! Try to move quickly as it will start to cook in the pan.
Bake for 5 min
Add sauce and toppings
Bake for 12-15 min
That’s it, so simple and quick!
