Easy way to Make Spicy Misal Masala | झणझणीत कोल्हापूरी मिसळ
INGREDIENTS:- For Dry fry:-
1. 15 Dry Red Chilies.
2. 5 to 6 Kashmiri Red Dry Chilies.
3. ½ Cup Dry Coconut pieces.
4. 2 Nutmeg flower.
5. 2 Star Anis.
6. 2 Lichen (Dagad flower), Coriander Seeds 2 tbsp, pepper 1tsp
7. 1 Tsp cumin seeds /Jeera.
8. 1 Tsp.Fennel Seeds.
9. 2 Tbsp white sesame seeds.
10. 2 Tbsp Poppy seeds.
11. A small piece of Asafoetida (heeng)
12. ½ Tsp Feenugreek Powder
13. 4 Cardamom.
14. 4 Small cinnamon sticks.
15. 6 to 7 Clove.
16. 2Tbsp.Ginger Chopped
17. 10 Garlic clove.
18. STEPS TO BE KEPT IN MIND
1. For Misal Masala :- Dry fry :- Keep a Pan, turn on gas, on medium flame, add the Ingredients 1 and 2, fry and keep aside and then Add 3 to 17 as shown in the Video and fry till golden brown.
2. First transfer the fried Red chilies to the Mixture grinder and ground well then add the other fried ingredients and ground well. Misal Masala is ready.
3. Cool and Store in refrigerator it will remain for a month if left more. While preparing Misal add 3 to 4 Tbsp Masala.
