In this video I am checking out the Blackstar ID:Core Stereo 40 v4. The ID:Core series has been a part of the Blackstar catalogue for quite a while this latest iteration takes the amp range that people already love and make it that little bit better!

The V4 range features some enhancements including changing to USB-C, an aluminium faceplate over the old plastic face plate and a 1w power scaling button.

The amp still has the familiar layout of 6 voices and it still has all the effects you remember from the other amps in the line.

In the video I am using my Yamaha Revstar Standard RSS02T and the amp is mic'd with an Aston Origin Microphone.
