Our budget is limited so we need to design, test and produce rally car parts on our own. Unfortunately, we cannot manufacture everything so your help would be greatly appreciated.

After design, optimization of suspension parameters, and stress testing, we started production of our new independent suspension. In this video you can see how we make weld jig and whole process of TIG welding and producing of rear suspension subframe. Entire differential cage was made of chromoly steel (25CrMo4, AISI 4130) tubing. All tubing and sheet metal parts were cut on a laser cutting machine so we do not need to grind notches.
