You must do this before you install your fence 🤺💸

However, before you install your fence it is important to:
- Notify your neighbors.🗣 Happy neighbors will keep your project running smoothly. Also often times they might contribute to a new fence and increase your bottom line.
- Have the property lines marked out by a surveyor. This tells your fence installer exactly where the fence should go.

Surveying your property prior to installing your fence could make or save you thousands. In the example video we gained a much needed 5 feet that will help push our value up. 📈

If you don’t stake the property and install in the wrong place space you might have to take down the fence and pay to have a new one put up. 🙃
