The strength of carbon fiber is directly related to the bond it has with the substrate. In other words, the stronger the bond, the stronger the carbon fiber reinforcement will be. HJ3 tests the adhesion strength of one carbon fiber laminate strip that used HJ3's primer coat, and one strip that was bonded without primer.
