Enjoy my new Rabindra Sangeet piano instrumental "Tomar Khola Hawa".
Hey there. After two years away I'm back. It's been a hard time for everyone in this pandemic - I know that Bangladeshis and Indians (many of the listeners of my channel) were among those hit hardest. I hope you, your families and friends, are healthy and doing well.

I read every one of the comments you've been writing to me. Your kind words have given me a massive lift to keep coming back and playing music for you. I'm sorry that I haven't found the time to post more videos. I haven't given up, and I'm always trying to work on a few new songs.

This week was my mum's birthday and I planned to upload something she likes. My version of the Rabindra Sangeet Tomar Khola Hawa, written by Rabindranath Tagore (1861-1941), is a bit more of an experimental arrangement - in case you find it a little unusual to what you usually expect from the song! When practising this, I first played it in a traditional / normal way, but later decided to try something more different, customising it for a piano instrumental.
