A dual control brake in a London Red Bus? Absolutely! This is just one of the vital changes we need to make when converting a London Red Bus from service to training vehicle here at the National Driving Centre.

Safety on the road is #1. So when new trainees are learning to drive, our NDC instructors have the ability to check their own set of mirrors, see and hear whether the student is indicating (and in which direction!) with that all important dual control brake installed just to ease the pace and control things where needed on the learning journey.
