The Ceat Milaze X5 is a new range of tyres from Ceat, that is an evolution of the already popular Milaze X3 tyre. The tyres feature new compounds and better construction technology to give them better fuel efficiency, longer life and better rolling resistance. Innovations have been made on the compound front, with a mix of carbon black and silica in the construction while innovative tread depth and wear indicators have been created that last the entire life of the tyre. The highlight figure is the life of 1 lakh kilometres, but there’s so much more going for these tyres in addition to that. In this video, we take you for a technical deep dive to these tyres to understand the technology that makes them so versatile, and so suited to Indian conditions.
