Bongeka Makhathini and her 3-year-old son will be buried today in Umgababa, KwaZulu-Natal. The mother and child were allegedly killed by Makhathini’s boyfriend, Mlondi Cele, who later took his own life after sending a troubling WhatsApp message to his uncle.
