❇️Tutorial for strengthening of feet after a long time away from the gym
✅Good to start with 8 repetitions of each exercise slowly progressing to more repetitions ( 8-16-24-32)
✅Slow execution ( the slower the gymnast does it, the more the muscles work)
✅Keep all bones of the feet together ( heels, ankle bones, big toe bones) for A CORRECT result
✅Work on your posture as well: Body vertical, arms and knees straight

‼️It is VERY important to get feet ready after a long time away from the gym ( no jumping, working on a different surface) BEFORE the gymnast starts jumping and doing routines again‼️
