These are my first real attempts at capturing a variety of DSO's with my Celestron Evo 8 EdgeHD telescope. I'm using an uncooled one shot color camera (ZWO ASI178MC). This is advertised as a planetary camera, so it isn't the ideal device for longer exposures needed for fainter DSO targets. All of these images except the M51 image were captured using the standard single arm alt/az mount. All images are also with the Celestron 0.7x focal reducer (not noted in the video). I recently added the celestron Wedge (sed for one image in this video), which will help to attain some longer exposures.
