Chicken Bacon Ranch Wrap
Prepare the chicken breasts by butterflying all of them and seasoning with seasoning of choice. Chicken can be grilled, air fried, or pan seared. Once done, set aside and allow to rest and then cut into slices.
Cook the bacon in the oven at 400’ for about 15 min or until desired crispiness. Make sure to drain all the fat and place on a paper towel to cool so they dry off.
In a blender combine the avocado, mayo, yogurt, milk, garlic, lemon juice, fresh herbs, salt, pepper, and onion powder. This is your Avocado Ranch! Can portion this into 1-2 oz portions.
To build as a meal prep, just place all your ingredients into a container and place the wrap on the side!

3-5 lbs Chicken Breasts
1 Package Bacon (lowest fat you can find)
1 head Romaine Lettuce
2-3 Roma Tomatoes
Red Onion Slices
1 medium Avocado
2 Tbsp Mayonnaise
½ cup plain Greek yogurt
½ cup milk
1-2 clove garlic
Salt, pepper, and onion powder
2 Tbsp lemon juice
Fresh Herbs (Dill, Thyme, Parsley) 1 tsp each or 1 tbsp for a more herby taste
