Being in the Netherlands, of course I had to attempt this recipe. It's the land of tulips! Being familiar with the story of how Audrey Hepburn and her family survived on tulip flour and other things they could forage during the winter of 1944, I was curious as to what they actually tasted like. Today we find out! Or rather, I found out several months ago, I'm so behind with editing my videos. :-)

Remember to peel them and remove the flower bud from the inside, and don't eat too many at a time. It's recommended no more than 3 per day. Also please buy organic/edible bulbs. If you're in Europe, you can purchase edible tulip bulbs from this company:
