In this video lecture, I have explained the concept of memory allocation in detail along with its types, i.e. static memory allocation and dynamic memory allocation. Static memory allocation takes place during compilation and allocates a fixed amount of memory specified by the programmer. Dynamic memory allocation takes place during execution, and it allocates flexible memory size to the elements of the program.
