☆ CORN DOG ☆

Ingredients:

1 1/3 cup white flour
1/3 cup yellow cornmeal
2 tbsp white sugar
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
3/4 cup liquid milk
1 egg, lightly beaten
10 pcs hotdog
10 pcs wooden skewers
Sunflower oil for frying

Preparations:

1. Combine flour, cornmeal, sugar, baking powder, and salt in medium bowl.

2. Combine milk and egg in a small bowl, add flour mixture, mix well to get thick batter, spread batter in a shallow dish.

3. Insert skewers into hotdogs.

4. Dip hotdogs into batter mixture should be coated well, then fry in deep hot oil until golden brown, drain and serve with mayonnaise and ketchup.
