This month I traded in my Google Pixel 3a XL for a Pixel 7 Pro. From February 2020 through October 2022, with only a screen protector and a Moment lens case with some Moment lenses, I took this phone on hundreds of miles worth of hiking trails all over the US. It was the perfect device for my purposes: small, lightweight, something I could easily take out of my pocket, snap a couple of photos, and keep moving. Even in October 2022 it could go all day on a single charge. I'll miss this phone and I hope that the pixel 7 Pro gives me many years of similar performance. I'm already liking the improved camera system.
