Recipe:
This is really a measure from the heart type recipe
About a cup of rice
1-2 Tablespoons of sesame oil
A couple sheets of nori
A can of garbanzo beans
1-2 Tablespoons of vegan mayo (or a homemade sauce of choice)
Some type of teriyaki/soy sauce mixture
Reg. Soy sauce
Toppings: any veggies you want!
Cook the rice per the directions
Layer cooked rice in a casserole dish
Crumble a couple sheets of nori
Mash garbanzo beans and then mix in mayo and teriyaki sauce
Layer that on top of the nori
Top with more mayo or sauce of choice
Bake at 350° for about 20 min
Add your toppings and soy sauce drizzle
