2 weeks of negotiating for some vintage audio gear (Roland Juno 60 & Roland RE-201 Space Echo) ended in me losing $1000 due to a venmo and craigslist scam. This is the entire TRUE story of how it went down and what you should look out for if you ever encounter a similar experience.
Side note: I composed all the music using ONLY Arturia's Juno 6-V and the UAD Galaxy Tape Echo (emulations of the gear I got scammed on), you don't have to have vintage gear to make great music, just enjoy the process of exploration. *minus the drums, those are loops from splice haha 🤘😎
