She discusses some of the classes out there at the moment are probably doing you more bad than good. Classes that are focused on 'perfecting your performance' are actually harming your acting instrument.
She suggests that you switch your attention and focus to attending acting classes that focus on 'perfecting and fine-tuning the acting instruments'.
These may sound similar concepts but in fact the approaches suggested by each of these types of classes, are very far apart.
