A quick video showing the removal of a 3135 movement from its casing, this can apply to most Rolex watches. I advise only doing so if you have the correct tools and experience needed to do so.
1- Loosen & remove case back
2- Unscrew crown and remove by depressing the setting lever button
3- Screw down ( Tighten ) the two locking screws located inside to allow movement to rotate.
4- Turn movement until both notches are aligned with casing cut outs
5- Use soft cushion to turn over and remove the movement
