Engine Code P0169: Incorrect Fuel Composition
It means the PCM has detected a voltage signal from the fuel composition sensor or fuel temperature sensor that indicates an abnormally high level of contaminants or ethanol in the fuel supply.
Replace the fuel composition sensor. Replace the fuel temperature sensor.
